ALL HOTEL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A ONE NIGHT, NON-REFUNDABLE ROOM DEPOSIT.
IN ORDER TO RESERVE A HOTEL ROOM WITHIN THE NAREIT NEGOTIATED GROUP BLOCK, YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER FOR THE WORKSHOP. IF A HOTEL ROOM IS RESERVED, BUT THE INDIVIDUAL IS NOT REGISTERED FOR THE WORKSHOP, THE HOTEL RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED, AND THEIR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
THIS DEPOSIT DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR ROOM IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN ON YOUR CONFIRMED ARRIVAL DATE.
Any reservations that are not checked into on their confirmed arrival date will not be reinstated and there will be an additional night charged to the card on file.
To avoid an early departure fee, you must advise the hotel at time of check-in.
All room rates are subject to applicable taxes, which are currently 15%, applicable service fees and or hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event. This is subject to change without notice.
Cancellation of additional room nights (not the entire reservation) without penalty requires notice 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise additional room and tax penalties may apply and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Any changes to your hotel reservation may be done on this site up until 72 hours prior to arrival or by emailing lacey@stagedrightevents.com. All change requests are subject to room availability.
